As a fully qualified, highly motivated and passionate Personal Trainer, I truly love what I do.

I have had a passion for Health & Fitness my whole life. I want to share my knowledge, dispel the myths and beliefs of the industry and help you to enjoy a more fulfilling life.

I have represented Yorkshire and the Army at running and I understand the satisfaction gained in reaching a personal goal.

I have also suffered with ME in the past for many years and understand how hard it can be to get motivated when you have lost your fitness and have to start back at the very beginning and the frustrations that accompany it.

I truly believe that there is nothing that cannot be achieved through hard work and dedication.

I can help and support you to focus on your own goals, reach and maintain a level of personal fitness and a healthy weight that makes you feel good about yourself.

I have a Diploma in Personal Training of which I am qualified to REPS Level 4 within the government approved Register of Exercise Professionals.  This is assurance that I hold recognised and approved qualifications and am committed to on-going professional development and that I am legally covered by the appropriate insurance.
